Some counseling modalities used often in our personalized counseling sessions are Brief Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing and others based on individual needs.

Life coaching services are for career, meeting weight loss goals, meeting faith based goals, life style goals, etc.

Social Work Supervision is also offered for licenced Master Social Workers in process to get their LCSW. Supervision sessions are available virtually and/or in person.

This counseling practice accepts debit card and credit card payment (via a secured system). You may also use Zelle for payments.

Rates for this counseling practice are as followed:

Individual Personalized Counseling sessions: $97 for a 60 minute session

Personalized Life Coaching Sessions: $95 for a 60 minute session

Individual LCSW Supervision sessions: $70 per hour
